West System Epoxy cures to a high-strength plastic solid
AT room temperatures, by mixing specific proportions of liquid
resin and hardner.

By using a simple "cook-book" approach you can
tailor the handling characteristics and the physical properties
of the cures epoxy to suit your working conditions and specific
coating or bonding application.

The West System Easy Mini Pumps make mixing very simple and
takes the guess out of properly mixing your epoxy.

Hardeners come in 3 different speeds. Fast, Slow and Extra Slow.

West System 105 Epoxy Resin

System 105 is the base material of
the West System family of products, on which
all of the West System compounds are built.

The resin is a clear, pale yellow, low viscosity liquid
epoxy resin. Formulated to be used with the West System
hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range.

Hardener must be ordered separately.

The West System Hardeners come in 4 basic types.
205 Hardener is used in the majority of situations.
It produces a rapid cure for a high strength product.
Solid cure in 6 to 8 hours.
Use pump kit (5:1 ratio) 301, 306 or 309

206 Hardener is used for higher temps and when longer working
times are needed before cure. Not recommended for clear applications.
Solid cure in 1 to 4 days.

207 Hardener is Special Coating Hardener.
Used where a more clear, moisture resistant finish is required.
Cures to a light amber similar to varnish but much stronger.
Solid cure in 9 to 12 hours.

209 Hardener for extremely warm conditions where extending
