- Answer: Yes!
- Question: Are you answering 24 hours each day?
- Answer: NO. Techs are on hand during normal business hours.
- Question: Do you sell parts?
- Answer: Yes. Members recieve discounts too!
- Question: Do I have to pay all months up front?
- Answer: Oh no. Payments are processed each month.
- Question: I want to buy a used boat. Can you help?
- Answer: Yep! We can let you know exactly what to look for
and you might save thousands at the closing!
- Question: My boat has high performance engines. Will your plan help me?
- Answer: Our HP advice comes from experience and discounts apply.
- Question: Do I need one membership for each boat?
- Answer: You don't even need a boat!
- Question:What if you can't help me with a certain problem?
- Answer: This very well could happen but it's unlikely.
We want to help and at the very minimum, we can advise you.
- Question:I have an old OMC sterndrive. Can I get a membership?
- Answer: Yes, but you won't get OMC advice, help or OMC parts discounts.
Mercury Marine does, however, sell aftermarket OMC parts.
- Question: Does your company sell new engines?
- Answer: Yes. We are repower experts.
- Question: Where is Sterndrives.com located?

- Question:I sold my boat. How do I cancel my membership?
- Answer: Simply send us an email with your membership name
requesting that you want your membership terminated.
- Question: Can you check to see if I am under warranty?
- Answer:Yes. With your serial number we can also look-up
previous warranty work that has been registered.
